Cyril Damm
Executive Director

Cyril Damm (XING, Projektwerk), born in 1973, is one of the founders of Charax GmbH. Cyril has been involved in software development for fully 19 years. During his work placement while studying to become a certified IT specialist, he acquired the basics of dealing with hardware and how to get the most out of it in combination with software distribution systems in a major German company.

During the final year of his studies, he founded his own company through which he worked on a range of projects. These included two assignments for Deutsche Post AG, including at the company’s Frankfurt international post and letter centre. Having successfully signed off on these projects, he went on to work mainly in an Internet environment. Key elements of his work include the development of processes for data capture and online information-sourcing on the Internet, its processing and presentation.

Arnd Schöter
Executive Director

Arnd Schöter (XING, LinkedIn, Projektwerk), born in 1970, is one of the founders of Charax GmbH.
Arnd can point to many years of experience in business management positions in the IT industry. His particular focus is and always has been on the building of bridges between the key areas of business, technology and management.

The foundations for Arnd’s interdisciplinary approach were laid during four years spent working in mechanical engineering and systems technology, in addition to his MBA in International Business.
He also accumulated over ten years of experience in the area of international project management.

Arnd Schöter is regularly invited by a range of international universities to serve as guest speaker on subjects such as cultural differences and global approaches, integration and strategies in the digital age.
